New itinerary for HALONG SAILS was launched on 20^th Aug 2010. This new itinerary is our traditional itinerary dotted by great activities such as trimming flower demonstration, trekking & swimming at Titop Island, visiting Luon by rowing boat trip as well as film magazines collections. Further more, this itinerary gives you a very comprehensive both understanding Halong’s local culture and its myth beauty.

The land mark destinations you will visit:

The Cave

Sung Sot Cave is one of the most beautiful caves in Halong bay because of its magical beauty and size. It takes at least 45 minutes for visiting this cave by round trip. You must trek up about more than 1oo steps to reach its gate then go inside with spacious ceiling, amazing stalactites and stalagmite shapes. You trek down more than 1oo steps to get the cave pier.

The Beach

This Titop island, one of the highest island in the bay, is an idea place for trekking to view Halong bay’s panorama. After trekking, you will enjoy swimming or doing kayaking to discover Halong Bay by your own way.

The Luon Cave

Luon Cave is a unique cave which was formed by the up & down tectonic of the Karts terrain. This cave has been protecting by Halong Bay management for further research its outstanding valuables. It is so fantastic to visit Luon with traditional rowing boat by locals.

Amazing islands

You will pass numbers of amazing islands such as Burn of Incense island, Dog island, fighting cock island, Man head island, Tortoise island…

A culture of Halong Bay

Living on Natural Heritage Site is a culture of local fishermen, in this itinerary, you have a chance to pass some floating fishing villages on the bay. You will see amazing local simple life but so peaceful such as having lunch or dinner right on their floating house in the bay, some dog or cat barking, or rowing boat by foot of small child

Demonstration of trimming flowers

Lovely flowers are trimmed from fruits and roots such as carrots, turnip, tomato and chilly… to beautify our delicious fresh sea food cooked by our talent chef of Halong Sails. Come to see and try to make one of those beautiful flowers then you can make it for your own in your sweet home…

Tai Chi lesson on the sea…

Welcome sunrise in the peaceful atmosphere of the bay, fresh breeze, soft waves, beautiful islands and natural fresh air, you welcome new day with sunrise while enjoying our Tai Chi lesson with guiders on sundeck… kindly request in advance
